Peace, Harmony, and Joy.
This is an idea that I have wanted to tiara for several months, now. I made the Yin Yang first. The "eyes" are spiral beads. It's hard to see in the picture. The peace symbol is white pipecleaners, colored with highlighters. Originally, I had wanted to do a yellow smiley face, but I didn't want people to think either Watchmen or Walmart, so I made it a smiley sun.
