A remake of my original Santa Lucia tiara (which could be altered to be a birthday tiara, by adding a bow, whereas the Santa Lucia tiara had a bough of greenery attached).
The greenery is 100% pipecleaner! (Ben Franklins, you evil place you, you just HAD to have fir-tree pipecleaners, didn't you?)
This tiara worn only one day of the year: Dec. 13th. Happy Santa Lucia's day! (from one half-swede)
Approximate pipecleaner count: 16 pipecleaners
